The multiplier compares the win with its stake
Under a win-divided-by-stake formula, the same cash return can produce different scores at different stakes. Conversely, the larger cash win need not be the higher-ranked result. The event must define the win amount and qualifying stake used in that division.
Hypothetical example: a EUR 20 qualifying win from a EUR 0.20 stake is 100×. A EUR 50 qualifying win from a EUR 1 stake is 50×. In this example the 100× result ranks higher, although its cash amount is smaller. These figures illustrate a formula, not a real event or a suggested stake.
| Illustrative stake | Illustrative qualifying win | Calculated multiplier |
|---|---|---|
EUR 0.20 | EUR 20 | 100× |
EUR 1 | EUR 50 | 50× |
Confirm that only the best result counts
The word multiplier does not identify the whole scoring method. In a highest-single-multiplier contest, a new result replaces your score only if it is higher. In a sum-of-multipliers contest, qualifying results contribute to a running total. A sequence can therefore finish ahead under one method and behind under the other.
Look for explicit wording about the highest single result, rather than inferring it from a multiplier symbol on the leaderboard. The scoring guide compares both methods with a worked sequence.

Establish which results can set your score
Check the eligible slots, minimum qualifying stake and any maximum counted stake. Then look at feature treatment: a bonus round may be grouped with its triggering spin, while a purchased feature may have separate rules or be excluded. The definition of a completed round also matters near the deadline.
A ratio-based score removes the cash amount from that particular comparison, but it does not establish identical winning chances across games or participants. Game rules, qualifying opportunities and any round limits remain relevant.
Read the rules that settle close results
Equal displayed scores need a tie-break rule. The event might use the time a score was achieved or another specified measure; do not assume the first name displayed has secured the position. Rounding can also make different underlying scores look identical.
Check whether counted rounds are limited and whether a fresh stage resets the score. A daily stage inside a longer series can have its own prize table and deadline. Use the dated edition in the calendar to identify the period being compared.
Compare the prize structure as well as the score
Once the formula matches your preference, compare paid places, prize type, access and eligible games. More paid positions describes the payout schedule; without comparable participation information, it does not tell you your chance of receiving a prize.

A little more clarity.
Does the slot's advertised maximum win count as my score?
No. A game's advertised maximum is a game characteristic. Your tournament score comes from an actual qualifying result under the event's formula. A maximum-win figure on the game information screen does not establish a leaderboard result.
Why might a game's displayed multiplier differ from the leaderboard?
The display may refer to one feature or component, while the tournament formula uses the qualifying round's defined total and stake. Match the recorded round to the edition's calculation, including any excluded features, before treating the difference as an error.
Does joining late give me the same position as someone who started earlier?
Entry time alone does not determine a multiplier score, but an earlier participant may have had more qualifying opportunities. A round cap or stage structure can change that comparison. The format does not establish equal winning chances.
