Who the site is for
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher legal age that applies where they are located. Access to information on the site does not establish eligibility to gamble with a particular operator or to enter an event.
You are responsible for considering the requirements applicable to your location and the operator’s account and event conditions.
An editorial service, not a tournament operator
Tournivio does not accept wagers, hold player balances, operate casino games or award tournament prizes. Information and tools help explain formats and compare stated conditions. The operator or provider is responsible for its event and the decisions it makes under its terms.
Examples used in the scoring guide are illustrations. They do not predict results or offer a method of securing a winning position.
Event information and external services
Tournament dates, game eligibility, scoring and prizes can change between editions. Read the terms for the event you intend to enter. An evergreen guide is not confirmation that an event is currently open or available to you.
External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Tournivio cannot access your casino account, complete entry on your behalf or resolve a payout by changing an operator’s records.
Use the website appropriately
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material or use the contact form to send sensitive documents unrelated to an enquiry. Website tools are provided for their stated browsing and comparison purposes.
Original editorial text, design and code may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Referencing a page does not transfer rights to reproduce substantial parts of it. Brand names and assets remain associated with their respective owners.
Limitations and changes
We aim to present information clearly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that an editorial page reflects every change to a third-party event. No comparison guarantees a prize, a return or a particular account outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The website may update these terms when its functions or operating arrangements change. For a question about the site or an apparent content error, use the contact page. The responsible gambling page provides guidance on keeping play within limits.
A little more clarity.
Do these terms govern the casino tournament itself?
No. The event’s own operator or provider terms govern qualification, scoring and prizes. These terms concern use of this editorial website.
Does an alternative recommendation guarantee a better result?
No. A comparison can describe a supported difference or preference, but it cannot guarantee a personal gambling outcome.
